This is the mission with Demetrei, Lucifer and Tiberius.

I was actually going to make a post for this tonight, so you got here just ahead of me.

Here is the mission briefing.

Trivas is not happy over what has happened to the political situation on Corellia. The OBC is growing in influence at a more rapid rate there than elsewhere and he wishes to know why. Plus, it seems that the remnants of the Five Worlds coalition have switched their alliance from Ni'novia to the rebels.

This mission is two fold. The first part is to sort of scout around and see if insurgent agents can't be deployed. This will be handled by NPC's and not necessarily explored in the RP unless someone wants to spend the extra time (I would prefer it not take three weeks to finish this as it will springboard into the next mission). Once the planet has been infiltrated and the insurgent agents deployed, the Sith will conduct the second part of this mission.

The second part consists of setting a trap to draw in OBC members and capture them alive. For the bait, Dimitri will expose his identity in whatever manner works and hope to draw in the OBC forces. Then, when the OBC is present, Lucifer and Tiberius will spring the trap and capture them, preferably before they kill Dimitri.

To assist you, there will be a two squads of four Nulvarl Rangers. One will be with Dimitri, the other with Lucifer/Tiberius. Infiltration will also include four insurgents, but they will leave the group fairly quickly. You will infiltrate the system in one of the civilian ships that escaped the destruction of Ni'novia. It has had its registry completely wiped and altered and should offer no problems.

As part of your cover, you will have a mixture of legal and illegal cargo. The legal cargo will be composed of computer and machinery parts, the illegal parts will have weapons and explosives. All will go to help set up the resistance there, but it will be necessary in case you are inspected. You will also have to unload it both to avoid suspicion and to make sure the insurgents can use it. The four insurgents will handle it once off the ship.

I have one question about this mission I see no mention of my intended plan to capture a enemy crystal for study is this still intended to be part of the mission or is it to be a follow up once we capture the operative.

From my understanding, we are trying for both.

I know that's your understanding and I respect that but I want to be sure before I start posting anything don't want to make mistakes afterall.

The belief is that if you capture some OBC guys, they will have crystals on them. Kills two birds with one stone. And, if they don't, they may know stuff about the crystals and/or be able to lead us to where some are. The primary goal is to capture the agents because that gives us intel that could save Sith and Jedi lives in the near future.

ah right I catch your drift now although I hope they do have a crystal or two on them Lucifer might not like it if they don't lol

If all goes to plan and we get a prisoner is Lucifer, Demetri and Tiberius authorised to 'interrogate' him prior to arrival for further intel since Lucifer always keeps his 'guests' well secured within any ship or do we wait until he is in a secure location.

That's an IC question that we haven't received any guidance on, so I say, It's easier to get forgiveness than permission.

Do what you want, Trivas gave no instructions other than that they still need to be alive and in one piece for him to interrogate them. Besides, who said you will successfully capture any of them?

Does it matter who starts it? Any of the three of you could start it. If you don't want to, I will.

Demetri and I can go with it, unless Lucifer -really- wants to join, but he seems caught up in a meeting with the Horror Father.

My ship's a bit small for three anyway, and I would prefer to use it.

You know what you want from the mission so you should be the one to write the first post detailing it all out, since clearly Lucifer and I don't, and Demetri refuses to make the first post.

I don't mind running the mission, but if the RP Mod and the person with the idea for the mission aren't going to make the first IC post for the rest of us to follow, then the ship doesn't sail.

Lucifer and Tiberius, you could be doing something while Demetri is setting up his part of the mission. Demetri's part will not be over very quickly, I would say at least three pages or so, and you guys will need something to do.

Why not take up some open arms with the insurgents? Though of course you would have to keep your identity as a Sith very secret. Letting it slip a few times would be good as it would reinforce the idea that there is a Sith on the planet and make the OBC move even faster. Demetri can only do so much as one person.
